How do I redeem my Q-Points and receive my item?
1. Check
your Q-Points
Ensure that you have enough Q-Points for your selected item by checking
the bottom of your Quality Foods till receipt from your most recent
shop. Registered QualityFoods.com users can log in to the shopping
portion of the site, and check your Q-Points total* online. Click

*Online Q-Point totals are updated overnight, and may not reflect
today's transactions
2. Redeem
on the Spot
Many items in the catalogue identified by this logo are in stock
at the store, and instantly redeemable. Simply visit your favourite
Quality Foods store and present your Q-Card and picture ID to the
customer service desk.
Online shoppers can simply type the QF item# and/or description
from the catalogue into the comments field of your QualityFoods.com
grocery order, and we will deliver the item* right to your door
with your groceries!
*Redeem on the Spot" items only, depending on availability.
There are also dozens
of timely, special offer items throughout the year that are not
in the catalogue, so please be sure to visit your favourite QF store
often!
3. Warehoused
Items - Request Online
Other catalogue items are sent to the QF store of your choosing
for pickup using your Q-Card and photo ID. Simply fill out and submit
this online form and a Q-Card customer
service rep will contact you with the time that your item will be
available for pick-up at your specified QF store.
Due to security and logistical reasons, these items are "pick-up
at the store" only; QualityFoods.com home delivery is unavailable.
