Ingredients
½ block Tenderflake puff pastry, thawed
All-purpose flour (for dusting)
Oat milk (for brushing)
Tin foil (to shape cornucopias)
Western Family Pepperoni Sticks (cut to fit or halved)
Sparkling wine–infused gouda, cut into small triangles
Western Family Signature Olives Stuffed with Feta Cheese
Black grapes
6–8 skewers or cocktail picks
Directions

For the Puff Pastry Cornucopias:

  • ½ block Tenderflake puff pastry, thawed
  • All-purpose flour (for dusting)
  • Oat milk (for brushing)
  • Tin foil (to shape cornucopias)

For the Filling:

  • Western Family Pepperoni Sticks (cut to fit or halved)
  • Sparkling wine–infused gouda, cut into small triangles
  • Western Family Signature Olives Stuffed with Feta Cheese
  • Black grapes
  • 6–8 skewers or cocktail picks

For Serving:

  • Western Family Mini Garlic & Onion Crisps
  • Western Family Greek Yogurt French Onion Dip

Directions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  2. Lightly flour your surface and roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle. Cut into long strips.
  3. Take small cones of tin foil (cornucopia-shaped) and wrap 2 pastry strips around each cone, starting at the tip and working up toward the opening. Leave a slight flare at the end to mimic a cornucopia.
  4. Place wrapped cones on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush lightly with oat milk for a golden finish.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Let cool slightly, then gently remove the tin foil molds.
  6. While the cornucopias cool, prepare the skewers: alternate Western Family stuffed olives and black grapes on cocktail picks.
  7. Fill each puff pastry cornucopia with a pepperoni stick, a triangle of gouda, and a grape + olive skewer.
  8. Arrange on a festive platter with a bowl of Western Family Greek Yogurt French Onion Dip and a handful of Western Family Mini Garlic & Onion Crisps for dipping.
