Fried noodles with prawns and mushroomsYield: 4-6 servings 20 g dried shiitake mushrooms 400 g Western Family Cooked Prawns 1 bunch green onions, cut 4 tbsp. (60 ml) oil 4 cloves garlic, crushed and peeled 2 red peppers, chopped 300 g bamboo shoots 2 Tbsp. (30 ml) Western Family White Wine Vinegar 4 tbsp. (60 ml) oyster sauce 2 tsp. (10 ml) Western Family Less Sodium Soy Sauce 1/2 tsp. salt / pepper 100 g Western Family Chow Mein Noodles Chopped parsley 1. Rinse mushrooms and soak for about 10 minutes in warm water. Rinse prawns in cold water and drain well. Wash and cut green onions. Drain the mushrooms, remove stems and cut caps into strips.2. Heat oil in wok, then add crushed garlic and stir fry briefly. Stir in chopped pepper and green onions, then add chopped mushrooms, bamboo shoots and prawns. Stir fry for about 5 minutes.3. Mix vinegar with oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt and pepper and pour into wok. Mix chow mein noodles thoroughly with the other ingredients and stir fry briefly. Season to taste and serve sprinkled with parsley.Ingredients
