Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place burgers on a lightly oiled baking tray near the top rack. Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
2. Grill the Bacon
Place bacon slices on a cold griddle or flat-top grill. Cook slowly over medium-low heat for about 6 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
3. To Assemble
· Spread chipotle lime mayonnaise on the bottom bun.
· Add a slice of Swiss cheese.
· Place the cooked Basa burger on top.
· Add a generous spoonful of chunky guacamole.
· Spoon over some mild salsa.
· Garnish with fresh cilantro, if desired.
· Top with crispy black pepper bacon.
· Finish with the top bun.
