Ingredients
Steak of your choice
Carne asada seasoning or cowboy butter seasoning
Lime
Toppings:
Cotija cheese or marble cheese
Iceberg lettuce
Tomatoes
Cilantro
Onions
Sour cream
Guacamole
Salsa
Hot sauce
Lime wedges
Directions
  1. Season the steak with carne asada seasoning or cowboy butter seasoning.

  2. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the steak and make sure the seasoning coats the meat well.

  3. Cook the steak until it reaches your preferred doneness (Hailey recommends around medium).

  4. Remove from heat and slice the steak into taco-sized pieces.

  5. Set out all toppings so everyone can build their own tacos.

  6. Finish with a squeeze of fresh lime before serving.
