Ingredients
Boursin cheese of your choice
Western Family medley cherry tomatoes
extra virgin olive oil
one large clove of garlic
Nona Pia's Balsamic glaze
fresh Basil
half a small red onion
baguette or crackers
Directions

Start by cutting the tomatoes in half, thinly slice the red onion, mince one large clove of garlic and chop up a few Basil leaves and add this into a bowl. Drizzle a bit of extra virgin olive oil over the mix, toss and let sit for a few minutes.

Slice the baguette thinly, lightly butter and set on a baking sheet to broil to a golden brown in the oven.

While the baguette slices are toasting, take the Boursin and spread it evenly over the bottom of a serving bowl as a base for the Tomato mixture. Add the tomato mixture over top of the Boursin and drizzle the balsamic glaze over the top to your liking.

Serve with the toasted baguettes. Enjoy it as a cold dish or heat it in the oven for a warm appetizer.
