


Fresh Fruit Dot Cake

Ingredients

1 cup fresh watermelon, cut into rounds (use a coupe glass for the perfect cake shape)

2–3 tbsp vanilla Greek yogurt

3 tbsp fresh blueberries

Fresh mint, for garnish
Directions

Slice watermelon and use a coupe glass to cut out a perfect “mini cake” shape.

Pat the watermelon dry with a paper towel to help the yogurt stick.

Spread vanilla Greek yogurt over the top like frosting.

Decorate with fresh blueberries as your “sprinkles.”

Finish with fresh mint for a fresh, bakery-inspired touch.
